CONFIRMATION
A confirmation letter will be sent within a week after we receive your registration fee.
CANCELLATION:
If you cancel your registration before May 01, 2009, total registration fee will be refunded.
If you cancel your registration after May 01, 2009, no refund will be made.
TERMS OF PAYMENT:
The official currency of the Congress is Euro (€)
Method of payment is via bank transfer or credit card and all bank charges will be paid by the sender.
All registration fees are include 18 % VAT.
