CANCELLATION
- If you cancel your reservation before April 1st 2009 total accommodation fee will be refunded. ( 30 € administrative fee will be charged. )
- If you cancel your reservation between April 1st 2009 and May 1st 2009, 50% of total accommodation fee will be refunded. (50% cancellation penalty)
- If you cancel your reservation after May 1st 2009 no refund will be made. (100% cancellation penalty) In case of NO-SHOW or early check out, no refund will be made.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment in Euros.
Method of payment is via bank transfer or credit card and all bank charges will be paid by the sender.
